How can I buy parts online? Previously, I used the MyHonnen customer portal.

If you used the MyHonnen customer portal on a regular basis, we may have already transitioned you to an RDO Account. To activate your RDO Account you will need to set your password here

You are also welcome to request an RDO Account.

After signing into your RDO Account, shop our multi-vendor catalog of 620,000 heavy equipment parts displaying the real-time inventory of 85 RDO stores.

How can I view invoices, manage my fleet, and pay my account balance online? What is an RDO Account?

An online RDO Account allows you to view invoices, manage your fleet, and buy parts online. Previously active MyHonnen account holders can attempt to set their RDO Account password or quickly request a free RDO Account. 

The transition to RDO may limit the parts purchase history viewable through your RDO Account. Please request detailed parts purchase history from your local store or account manager.

EPAY is no longer an option for paying your account balance online. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

My business or farm has special sales tax consideration. Do I need to submit a new tax-exempt certificate to ensure the tax on invoices is correct?

While we have records indicating which customers have special tax consideration, a change in business ownership requires that you send your most recent tax-exemption certificate. Please complete a new form and email it to SalesTax@RDOequipment.com.

We were a vendor partner for Honnen Equipment. What is required to continue our mutually beneficial business relationship?

Vendor partners should contact our Accounts Payable department and request our W9 and ACH setup forms if you have not already received a copy via USPS. You are welcome to direct any questions to AP@RDOequipment.com.

How do I pay my account balance? What are RDO’s payment processes?

  • RDO Equipment Co. accepts electronic payments via phone by calling 800-950-4905. Wire/ACH instructions are available upon request.
  • We accept credit card payments at point of sale. We are unable to accept credit cards for account payments.
  • Finance terms include payment required 30 days from invoice date for parts, service, and rental invoices and with a finance charge at 30 days.

We had a credit account with Honnen Equipment. How is that affected or what new steps are required?

Your previous Honnen Equipment credit limit is available for your use. However, you will need to download and submit a new RDO credit application by January 31, 2024. Any questions regarding the credit application can be directed to RDOcreditapp@RDOequipment.com.
